While directing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. For the Office of Emergency Services, as a Consultant, Mr. Azizi has earned the 1997 California Historic Preservation “award” for the successful completion of the restoration of Powel Library at UCLA.
